Prices in USD, billed monthly, cancel whenever. A reply is one answer to one visitor. Every plan also has a monthly usage safety limit far above normal use ($100 on Agency, adjustable). You are emailed at 80%, and at 100% the widget offers your contact form instead of answers until the period resets. Sites are counted per assistant, so an apex, a www and a docs subdomain all count as one. Pages and files are counted across the whole workspace.

What stops it making things up?
It answers only from what you gave it, and cites the source. When nothing covers the question it says so, in your words. No prompt can switch that off.
Can visitors tell it is not ours?
Not from the panel. On every paid tier it carries your name, your colours and your wording, with no mark of ours. On Starter and Growth the script and its requests still come from our hosts, which anyone reading the page source can see; on Agency you can serve everything from your own domain, which removes that too. The free tier keeps our name on the panel.
Is there a trial?
Yes, fourteen days on whichever paid tier you want to see, started when you are ready rather than spent on the day you sign up. One per workspace, no card. You start on the free tier and stay there until you ask.
Can I use my own model provider?
On Growth and Agency. Bring a key from one of the providers listed in your settings and answers run at your rates. It is stored encrypted, and only the last four characters are ever shown back.
Will it slow the site down?
The loader is about 4 KB and runs after your content. The conversation panel is only fetched when somebody opens it, in its own frame. Your page speed score should not move.
Where is my data kept?
The service, its database and your stored files run on servers in Mumbai, India. The privacy policy lists every provider that processes data on our behalf.
